We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver estate improvements to our housing estates across the Winchester district.

The individual will be responsible for managing and delivering the Estate Improvement programme, including promoting the service and managing delivery of each project to ensure contractor compliance, service quality, resident satisfaction and value for money.

The post holder will work alongside other Housing Management teams to identify and scope estate improvements, as well as undertaking procurement, contract supervision and delivery of projects to time and budget.

Previous experience in a project management role is desirable. You must also have experience of working with a wide range of customers, including contractors. You will demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer care and be motivated to deliver a high quality service to residents, to ensure improvement of the overall quality of estates and neighbourhoods. The post holder will also be involved in supporting community activities.

You will need to meet the travel requirements of the post and be able to work occasional evenings and weekends, when required.

The post is for 37 hours per week, based at the City Offices in Winchester city centre, but working across the Winchester District.
