Winchester City Council based at the Guildhall in the centre of this vibrant and beautiful City, is recruiting to a new Corporate Building Surveyor post!
The Council is looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to work in a team that is helping to shape the future of the City. The Corporate Building Surveyor post will be a Chartered Surveyor responsible for helping deliver the objectives set out in the Asset Management Plan, including new build commercial development, the maintenance of the Corporate Estate and new build Council housing.
The Council provides parking, a car allowance, a pension scheme and will meet RICS fees.
