Winchester City Council based at the Guildhall in the centre of this vibrant and beautiful City, is recruiting to a new Estates Manager post!
The Estates Manager will be responsible for managing the Estates Team, while supporting colleagues involved in delivering major property projects in the City. You will be involved in the acquisition of property, the development of income generation through acquisition or development, the management of the commercial portfolio and the management of professional standards in the team.
The Council provides parking, a car allowance, a pension scheme and will meet RICS fees.
